- TBThe Grounded BohemianFeb 16, 20264.0This Kroger is in a zone where internet does not work. It has been extremely frustrating, especially when trying to use the digital coupons. There was no way to use them. Then, a week ago, an employee showed me a printed copy of all of the digital coupons. I had no idea they did this or when they had started it. So, if you are ever at a Kroger in a zone without internet, check the area where the flyers are when you walk in for the digital coupons. Pick one up, and when you get to checkout, or self-checkout, scan as a coupon and all the digital offers will apply. Hand the coupon to the cashier or attendant, and you can get your discounts.

- MKmarybeth kocendaMar 21, 20211.0Worst service ever. Prescriptions called in the day prior. I went to pick them up the next morning and was told there is nothing ready. I had to inform them the medication was called in. Then was told oh it is. It ready because we were busy yesterday giving injections. My response was, you didn’t inform the customer the medications are going to be filled, he then responded with we were short and could not fill them, please wait an hour (as the guy in front of me was picking up his medicine). This is not the first time and we have encountered this problem and lying at this pharmacy. We will not be returning.
