Horrible place, I had an appointment today for extreme stomach pain and rapid weight loss just to be told they wouldn't see me because of a previous balance that I had no idea about, I use tap to pay and my phone died but they still refused to see me even when I said I would come in and pay it tomorrow, I will never go to any michigan primary care office again

They don't even know why I was coming in, they assume things that aren't even factual then cancel your appointment entirely leaving you in pain and misery
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rashmi Juneja. She is my parents primary care physician. From the very first visit, she took the time to listen carefully to their concerns and made them feel genuinely heard and respected. Her approach is both compassionate and thorough, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
What stands out most is her ability to explain medical conditions and treatment options clearly and patiently, without making things feel overwhelming.
Her office is well-organized, appointments are timely, and the staff are consistently courteous and professional. It’s evident that patient-centered care is a top priority.
I highly recommend Dr. Rashmi Juneja to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and truly caring primary care physician. She sets a high standard for what healthcare should be.

Everyone in the Reed city office is not only professional, they are also friendly. Knowledgeable on patience medical record and well being. They continually chart when at an appointed visit but I never feel unheard as they chart at the same time. Reminds patients when certain tests, labs, procedures or immunizations are about to be due. I have been forgetful that I had a now overdue mammogram the nurse and Dennis Behler have reminded me to make that mammo appointment the last three times I went in. I am scheduled to see Dennis every three months. The other day Heather, a nurse, actually called my phone to remind me again while I was home that I need a mammogram, so I was able to make the appointment that day thanks to her reminding me at home. I am always comfortable when I am examined and feel I can be open to discuss any medically topic I need to and not be embarrassed. I recommend this office and all staff at the Reed city medical office, to my family, friends and public. They are thorough, professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and warmly friendly.

My last visit to this office was okay but the phone call I made to get the appointment made me feel as if I was a problem for needing to be seen. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor as of now for I don't care to be passed around the office to all of the other doctors or PA's . That's how things get missed. I know my body and I know when I'm in trouble, I have came close to dying once already so I have learned to ask for help when I need to.
