I have had so many counselors over my years of therapy from an extremely traumatic past and no one comes close to how much she has helped me. Barb I so appreciate everything you have done for me through these years and I’m so appreciative to have gained the self confidence to do this review all because you taught me to be brave. You taught me that I don’t have to freeze and be quiet when someone isn’t kind to me. You taught me to be unapologetically me. I love myself enough now to know I don’t deserve to be disrespected.
