  Disrespectful to clientele. Very little care is given to patients, which is CRAZY since this is a MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT FACILITY.

  If I could I would give 0 stars. My husband and I had an appointment for marriage counseling and they didn't show up for our appointment. Instead we arrived to a locked door with no one there. Do not go here if you need help. They are highly unprofessional and don't care about their patients.

  A friend suggested I call and make an appointment with Lorrie Edwards, so when I did (over a month ago), the staff/receptionist told me that Lorrie was accepting new patients and that I didn't need insurance. She told me I should leave Lorrie a message and so I did. After a couple weeks of not hearing back, I called back and was told by the receptionist to leave her another message, which I did. It has been well over a month since I first called. Lorrie has not returned my calls and I was told today when I called for the third time that she is no longer accepting new patients. I was also told that someone should have taken down all of my information the first time I called and that they were sorry I had a bad experience. What an awful business... the receptionists don't know what they're doing, the therapist doesn't call back after two messages and/or she can't tell the staff to return a call? Poor excuse for "staff of professionals providing help."
