There are people of all levels and the attitude is friendly and welcoming. The instructors support you as well as challenge you when you need it.

I have been going for close to a year and the classes still feel challenging (which I love). There are a lot of classes everyday, which I appreciate. My schedule changes a lot, so I like knowing there are many class times offered everyday. And the teachers are fantastic. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at PBP. The studio makes it easy to keep a consistent workout routine.
