    I could have my prescriptions delivered or mailed,but I love interacting with all the staff at my Kroger Pharmacy..They ARE ALL kind helpful and caring..KROGER you best take good care of these Employees 👍✨️✨️✨️✨️

    “This is for The Pharmacy” Lived in this community for Years. Know many of the Kroger staff personally, wife worked here for years. It seems there has been a change of team members and leader ship in the pharmacy. When Sweata was the head pharmacist things seemed to go well. Long story short my Docs office called in a refill for a medication. The script was filled incorrectly by Kroger Pharmacist. The pharmacy took it upon itself to give me the cheaper Brand (not generic) which has caused me allergic reactions in the past. They did not call to ask my doctors office which one to fill, nor did they contact me. Today When my wife attempted to simply exchange the unopened unused Inhaler brand for the more expensive higher quality brand, She was told that it cannot be taken back once it was given “Due to Covid” and that we would have to pay full price for the correct medication because they could not bill it again. “AVOID THIS PHARMACY” is my advice. I’m driving to Walgreens as we speak.

    These are difficult times common no doubt. I greatly appreciate all of the men and women who continue to work Any central services during this crisis. However, this does not give anybody the right to treat other humans like Krapp. The pharmacy manager at this location was absolutely rude, nasty, argumentative, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. I will remember this when the crisis is over. Was trying to transfer a script there - never again - back to Costco for me.

    Last month they decided to stop accepting/cancel the GoodRx Coupon we were using for our dog's epilepsy medicine, even though other Kroger locations still accept it. Corporate policy is to let the individual store managers/pharmacist decide if they want to accept the coupon.
