I used to get prescriptions at another pharmacy due to insurance changes. So glad I’m back at Kroger Pharmacy. Anyone having an unpleasant experience needs to go somewhere else and see the difference in customer service to appreciate them.

A week later when inquiring, they ignored the physician's orders and substituted their own brand and then told me they don't fill specific brands. Complete waste of time and an obvious lack of training, but unsurprising for Kroger.
