  Worst place ever got refered have ankle ulcer from vericose vein had Gange Green redness around about the size of a fist had redness around the whole wound always told never get wet from other doctors major pain from infection ankle to knee she told me to wash it every other day and gave me antibiotic for 10 days my insurance get me to my appointment I had 3 Mondays in a row I scheduled them I scheduled my ultrasound for my leg 2 dates they knew I used my insurance she ask what I did for pain I said I wake up sometimes smoke a cigarette and Tylenol over the counter if the pain real bad take a couple shot of whiskey then the following Monday we had a snow storm schools cancelled my insurance ride cancelled but I confirmed my other appointments I ran out of Antibiotics so I would get the gange green back they never called me after 4 days I called patient relations still got no answer they put through to south gaven all that lady did was yell at me unbelievable I have no pain meds prescribed to me in 6-8 months I have the infection back the Dr who referred me said do not wash it I lost my layer of skin still in pain but changing wound care just saying to tell a patient not to drink or smoke cigarettes but yet you refuse to get me anything for pain I never ask for it at all all she said was we will talk pain management as we go along I told her well don't tell me what to do for pain we will talk about that as we go along I have no layer of skin open wound gange green and still no phone call see how I am doing so please go somewhere else I will file a complaint and always like I did record ever visit I have it all on tapethanks

  Got a referral and the nurse and doctor who assisted me were amazing
