  I came into the ER hoping to get treatment for Lyme related symptoms. I have been bitten by ticks before and was wondering maybe I missed one. CDC is outdated and wrong, ticks have been shown to transmit diseases much faster than 24 hours. I was getting joint pains, muscle aches, weakness, clicking joints all over my body, nerve pains and tingles, brain fog, confusion, weakness, etc. I told the doctors this. These are all classic Lyme symptoms. Instead they tested me for COVID and other viruses which came back negative. The doctor said I didn't have Lyme because my neck wasn't stiff. Which is one of my symptoms now a few months later. Instead I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia (classic), a pain shot, and a nearly $1k bill. I had to wait almost 5 hours. Now I have chronic symptoms. I still have yet to find a Lyme literate doctor but my life has been hell. I have been taking herbs which have given me positive reactions so I definitely have Lyme or other coinfections.

  This place is a joke. Most of people here were told to come here from Bronson urgent care or fast care. They however can seem to do nothing more than those other locations. Communication is horrible, no courtesy or compassion, completely not prepared to care for patients and yet they charge you an arm and a leg for their incompetence. No refunds just lost time and no answers. Find another place to receive care even if it means waiting until the next day to get in with your trusted provider. Waste of time and more importantly money that most don’t have for subpar service. Shouldn’t even be able to call themselves an “Emergency Room” please.

  They don't care at all. Their goal is to clear beds. People who should be monitored are sent home. Ridiculous decisions are being made that leave other doctors flabbergasted. There's a major disconnect between nurses, techs, and doctors causing the patient to suffer. One visit we had 5!!! Visits for vitals in 30 minutes. 5 different people. We know it's busy... but if you rush us out and don't resolve a single thing... we're just coming right back.
