  Id give no stars if I could. Brought my child in waiting for hours "claimed busy" nurses all sitting around complaining that they need a raise and talking about patients names. Waiting 30mins after being put in a room for a doctor to come in. Completely dismissed our concerns. Do not recommend this hospital. Very sad shape.

  I had outpatient surgery here a few weeks ago. Everyone from the front desk and nurses, to the surgeon and anasthesiologist were kind and professional. The entire process was well organized, fast, clean, and efficient. The surgery went well and I recovered with no complications. I would definitely recommend Bronson Lakeview.

  This is by far one of the worst hospitals of all time. I cant quite put my finger on it but its like they assume your issue is less than it is and that you being there is a burden to them. Nothing is urgent, scream for help and they will eventually come in walking slowly. Its just bizarre.

  Waiting 2.5 hours and still waiting on a strep test. Service has gone waaaay down hill in last few months.
