- RIRaina IrizFeb 27, 20261.0Horrible place. The staff that have working there, will give you the wrong medication if you're not careful. They will also push vaccines on people, just so they can make a sale. Already told them, no once. I guess they forgot. When you look on the portal to see when your medication is available, then you go there and they tell you it's not ready.... there's something wrong. I've changed to meijer pharmacy. At least they're competent at this Pharmacy, it seems like.

We knew this was incorrect and told her that it was the same insurance that we have had for years. Just incompetent and couldn't figure out what she was doing wrong, told her we had insurance on the phone for her to get their help. She would not listen, acted like she knew it all. We went to Meijer and got our flu shots. Regrets, Dr. S and Mrs Lewis
- AMAndrew MandleyApr 5, 20211.0The pharmacy lost power and was giving away all their COVID-19 vaccinations on a first come first serve basis before they expired, but no one in the pharmacy bothered to count the vaccines...so a ton of people waited in line for hours for no reason. We waited in line for over 2.5 hours and there were several people who had been waiting longer than us. Extremely disappointing waste of time.
