When I went to the Kroger pharmacy, Geri helped me and come to find out my prescription I was filling needed a prior authorization and the out of pocket price was over 8 times what I usually pay. Geri took it upon herself to see if she could find a better price for me and after a few minutes, she was successful in helping me with that. She didn't have to go out of her way like that for me but it is greatly appreciated and I always appreciate people who go above and beyond, especially when helping others.
