  This establishment has been fantastic. I was transferred from Fluke's when he retired and recently, I purchased some hearing aids. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional when fitting and setting up my hearing aids. The next day as I was preparing to board the shuttle I had placed the hearing aids in my carrying case (a little egg looking thing) and slipped it into my pocket before my Crim race in Flint. I didn't want to have to ride the shuttle back to my car just for those and had planned to hang out with my friends. Along the way, I tapped my pockets and realized they were missing. Frantically, I tried everything to get a hold of the race director via different volunteers and resorted to letting the announcer know. I sat down to fix my shoe and saw a volunteer driving a golf cart so I ran over to ask for a ride on the course to look for them before they opened the course back up. No bueno. Patted my pockets again and my phone was missing! My day was ruined! Luckily enough, someone turned that in to the lost and found and at the end of the day and I got a ride back to my car. I went to sit in the seat and felt something hard that I had sat on. Turns out, they had fallen out of my pocket before I even left the car. This prompted me to ask about lost/stolen/broken insurance on the hearing aids. Michael was extremely courteous and let me know that coverage for that was available and that I would have been ok had they fully been lost. He then proceeded to show me the feature for finding the hearing aids within the miracle ear app on my phone. Michael and everyone else in the office have been extremely easy going with very sociable personalities and I highly recommend them.
