- RPrich parmenter4 days ago5.0My wife, age 90, was referred to Oakland for oral surgery he was uncomfortable in doing. Dr Changes, and his assistant, made her comfortable, communicated what they were doing, and apparently performed flawlessly. She's had zero post-surgery pain or concern.
