I was here yesterday for my second eye exam and second pair of glasses (first visit was in 2023), and once again the staff was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. There’s a wide selection of stylish, high-quality frames at fair prices — including solid options for those of us who need extra-wide frames, which isn’t always easy to find. Huge shout-out to the optometrist, Dr. April Salvador. She was fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, really listened to my specific needs, and made thoughtful, personalized recommendations instead of rushing through the exam. The store itself is very clean, easy to get to, and well laid out. The Warby Parker app also deserves credit — scheduling, accessing prescriptions, and managing everything is incredibly easy. My entire family uses Warby Parker, and after another great visit, that’s not changing anytime soon. Highly recommend.

Appointments run on time, and the whole system is so EASY. Went to today to take advantage of their 20% off 2+ frames promo. Arrived on New Year’s Eve at 530, 30 minutes before close. We wrapped up finding 2 pairs at 6:03. I was never rushed. The team there is the best, patient and fun to pick out new frames with. Customer for life.
