I came in on a Monday 6:30 class and the blonde instructor was extremely rude and snobby and staring at me as I had no idea what I was doing. It was my first class. No acknowledgement at all. Very fast paced and not beginner friendly at all. Definitely not for overweight people either. Everyone in the class was stick skinny. Not an inclusive or friendly studio. The blonde very much so gave me mean girl vibes. I was embarrassed. I’m not sharing which date I went because I don’t feel comfortable but this was a few months back.

Unfortunately, when my schedule changed, I was encouraged to freeze rather than cancel, only to later be told I’d still be charged after the freeze despite being unable to attend. Great workouts, but disappointing business practices. Update: Owner reached out, apologized for miscommunication and has remedied situation.

She is the heart and soul, (big heart) of the studio. Oh and the workout shapes your body in all the RIGHT places.:) I recommend it 100%!!
