  Signed up for two personal sessions with personal trainer Aryeh Steinberg back in July of 2025. My mom died and I had to have oral surgery and had to cancel our appointment and gave him over 24 hours advance notice. Tried to reschedule a few times but he cancled on me one being less then 90 mins before our appointment time. Saw him today when I brought up i still had another paid session he said todays session was done out of a courtesy to me because my mom died. In this time I have lost 60 pounds on my own by just walking daily and diet modifications. He was pressuring me into signing up for more sessions more then once. Despite me telling him I am on a fixed income and I have saved up my money for my denture and a partial and will start that process in March. I guess I am out 120.00 on my second paid appointment. I have gym buddies at other locations and other gyms who I can go work out with. I was astonished that a personal trainer who cares about someone's physical health would bring up signing up for more sessions at the gym is more important then your dental health. If you do not have teeth or in my case a denture and a partial I cant eat the majority of the healthy foods that helped me lose this weight alone. He did not offer to refund me for the second session or honor the second session.

  Pool and hot tub have been closed a month, paying for a full membership for this month too should be discounted since half the amenities aren’t working…

  Love it here they have a very nice staff. Carla is a great trainer and has helped me reach my goals!

  This gym makes it nearly impossible to cancel a membership. Despite paying more for the membership designed to cancel at will, I made multiple attempts to speak with a manager and could never get in touch with one. I was eventually told by staff to send an email to cancel, which I did, and I never received a response or confirmation. Despite following their instructions, my account continued to be charged for two months after my cancellation request. There was no communication, no accountability, and no effort to correct the issue. I found a better gym with equipment that was better taken care of. The deterioration of the women’s area was on factor on my family’s decision to depart (if the ever let us go)

  Pool tile around and in the pool is very gross it’s even slippery from not being cleaned properly and smells really bad like body odor and mold. Oh and let’s not forget how rude the front desk staff are, never helpful and always act like they are better than you. And they allow their male staff to work out in the women’s only area, this gym is very inappropriate and disgusting. After being a member for five years I will definitely be leaving
