He listened intently and was genuinely interested in improving my vision to the best it could be. He even tried several types of vision tests to ensure the most accurate results. He also followed through on referrals for Retina specialists. Grace, the optician, helped choose the best frames with the best lenses to suit my needs. She compared my current frames to my new selection and described how they would make a difference. She was also sensitive to cost and always advised me at each selection which may “run a little more”. Excellent experience.
