- KFKiara FinleyJan 1, 20261.0I will never go to a Pearle Vision again. I went on 11/6/25 and received an exam and ordered a pair of prescription glasses. My frames didn’t arrive until 12/19/25, after followed up with them for weeks. They stated they ship the frames to their Florida warehouse where they do the orders there, and ship them back to the stores. I picked up my frames on 12/23/25, and they are so thick, I hate them. I thought I asked and ordered a thinner lens, but I guess I needed to ask specific questions about the index of the lens to get the non-standard lens. Because I don’t want to have to wait months to get replacement lenses from them, I have to go to a local Optometrist to replace them. I wish I followed my first mind to just elsewhere.
