From the beginning, Gill’s demeanor was nonchalant as if he didn’t understand my purpose for being there. Despite explaining my request to return and reorder the correct glasses or receive a refund, he failed to fulfill my needs. After waiting patiently because Gill went to the back, I assumed that he was getting the correct glass. Gill finally returned after 10 minutes with a different suggestion as if I hadn’t already specified the exact glasses I wanted. To make matters worse, he then instructed me to take them back to the other Lens Crates that he couldn’t refund them. This experience was extremely disappointing, and Gill’s lack of customer service made it a stressful ordeal. I strongly advise against visiting this store and will never return.

Both times I walked in to look at glasses and the people working there just ignore the fact that I’m even there. The second time the store was empty so I can’t even say they were preoccupied. I tried on a glass and one of the staff looked straight at me and looked away. Another person walked in right after me and they were greeted and offered help right away at that point I got the message and I’m guessing you’d have to look a certain way for the staff to acknowledge you. You win though, me and my family will not be stepping into any LensCrafters again or making any purchases. Learn to be kind to people.
