I’ve been coming here for a while, and I just want to say Mr. G at the front desk has completely changed the atmosphere of the gym. He’s always super chill, friendly, and welcoming to everyone who walks in. It honestly makes a big difference starting your workout on a positive note. You can tell he actually cares about the people here, and that kind of energy spreads throughout the whole place. The gym feels more comfortable and motivating because of it. Really appreciate the great service definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

I started at this gym not to long ago, they have great amenities and equipment for use also you can go to a few more different locations such as as Novi, Ypsilanti, West Bloomfield, and Clinton! The trainer that had the pleasure of working with today was Erin and she is a god send 💪🏿answered any questions of concerns I had, made me feel really comfortable even gave me a confidence boost as well! 😊 If you’re looking to get healthy, fit and or ripped this is the place to go, and you need a trainer to help you along your journey, get with Erin !

Not only is the facility immaculate and well-maintained, but the reps who get you signed up and into the gym are even better. I spoke to Katie over the phone, and I was honestly shocked at the level of professionalism she showed during my enrollment process. She made sure every aspect of the sign-up process was easy to understand and ensured I knew how everything worked. She also provided me with a list of locations I'm able to train at. What really stood out was how much time she took to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I was getting. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience that much better. Overall, I’m very impressed with their team, and if you’ve been thinking about coming here, this is your sign to follow through. Thanks again Katie

Real, real good gym in general...lots to enjoy about it. Has all the equipment you'd ever need and sauna plus steam rooms, free electronic locks on lockers, 24 hr access from M-F not on weekends though, etc. Nice and friendly staff, reasonable prices (maybe more on high-end depending on your frame of reference) although worth the price MOST of the time. Has some issues with overcrowding in my assessment, especially after high school and/or local community colleges get out for the day. Gets to be way too much from ~2:30pm up to ~9pm due to lack of personal space and equipment use. Could use a bigger free weight area..even though there's a lot of benches, that's a pretty small room for the amount of folks doing free weights (could have made the basketball court a downsized full court or even a half-court and increased size of free weight room...many more members use the free weight room vs b-ball court as is). Young crowd in general and they seem kind and respectful. I'd recommend to join, but pick your times very carefully. Tradeoffs pros/cons as with anything... too many ppl at the facility at times --> nice to be around others with positive energy but there's also capacity considerations during peak hours. They maybe should have a limit on the number of total members out of consideration for member experience, but in this case, revenue & profit margin seems to take priority over customer experience. Should be a win-win situation by allowing fewer members while still generating enough owner profit. Can't have unlimited members join imo...that causes issues. M-F before 3pm is good, after 9pm is good too. Weekends can be sardine-ish due to limited open hours window. All this depends on the owner's target customer base + business model. Excessive member signups will drive away some current members, so unlimited signups have consequences sometimes too. Most folks cannot go early in the a.m. or late p.m. to avoid the crowding. Last --> the entrance to men's locker room is not wide enough for the amount of traffic in and out. Have to wait 10-15 seconds at times due to lots of folks going in or out. Widen the entrance would be a benefit to all. Overall real decent place to join though, there were some common sense things deprioritized during building design and peak-hour capacity assessment. I realize nothing is ideal, but raising prices slightly might be a GOOD thing, as it would allow for equivalent revenue with slightly fewer members (i.e. economics 101 curve based on increased price point vs. reduced demand at that higher price point). Review it at a 3.8 or 3.9 but gave 4 stars because it's a fixed integer rating system :) Recommend revamping b-ball court size to allow for larger free weight area, widening entrance to men's locker room, and increasing price a tad to reduce overcrowding without putting a strict figure on member limit. Any other issues are operational and easily fixable. Sometimes, it is what it is, the world doesn't revolve around my wishes lol. >> Decent enough all around. Thanks... just an honest review, no harm intended.
