Pharmacists was super rude and act like I was a bother to her and proceeded to hang up in my face when I said to remove my number from the system.
- JJJ. JacobSep 12, 20251.0Inconsistent Rx pricing that is always a higher cost than the suggested Rx savings card price quote. Using Buzz Rx they only added $5 to the suggested price, LOL! They use Blink Rx but you can try using BuzzRx, SingleCare, Spark, etc... I'll be going elsewhere and suggest you do the same if you're a cash paying customer.

Hung up on me while I was on the phone confirming pick up time. Said it would be noon, then, 2, now 3pm. Said they call back and didn’t. Ignored my drs calls and sent them to voicemail. Had to have my Dr call more than 3x to get through so they’d fill the RX. Hung up on me right before lunch, then when I tried to call back there phones wouldn’t send me through … because it was lunch. Took my insurance card but didn’t run it through. Tried charging me an obnoxious amount for the meds, but I used good RX to lower it.
