- KBKendall BourcierFeb 20, 20241.0This pharmacy is a mess. I’ve had problems the past four times I’ve tried to refill my medication. I have to call to refill and every time I call they have outdated info in their system. I tell them the updates, they say they’ll make a note of it, and then the next time I call they act like it’s the first time they’re hearing this. I’ll get the texts saying my prescription is being refilled and then call to follow up only to have them say “your insurance won’t let us refill it”. So why send the text and not follow up when you know it’s an error? I’m on anticonvulsants and currently 7 months pregnant and every single time I need a refill it’s a fight with this pharmacy and the answer changes no matter who I speak with. I’ve honestly NEVER had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. You’re better off going to CVS right down the street.
