  I have had my appointments changed 4 times in the last 6 months. Today is the second time I have gone to the office for an appointment and the office was closed. My appointment today had been moved so I could meet with a new provider. It appears this is the 4th provider since I have purchased these. I will NOT continue with this office.

  Last appointment was cancelled after I arrived because audiologist was out "caring for his dog." Today, Nov 20, I left a phone message indicating I need service/repair. I drove 35 miles to find the door locked, no staff, and several printed messages attached to the door. All of the messages, written by customers, expressed displeasure. Avoid this business.

  They explained everything clearly and showed how every thing worked. And ask if I had any questions. He answered my questions. Then he set me up for a review appointment. He did his job well.
