  Very comfortable new patient experience. Staff seems to really care. I took my 87-year-old Mom-1st visit. She was afraid. Deaf in both ears, mild dementia. Her experience was very positive.

  Very disappointing! Don’t recommend the Temperance office - Office staff not attentive, barely giving eye contact or recognition of your existence. Not able to take care of your co-pay and acted like you were a nuisance and they were too busy. Had a hard time getting through to even make an appointment. Office lady seems very stressed out and not capable of doing a good job. Doctor was nice and cordial, but I went in there to get new insoles after healing from foot and ankle surgeryand his tech methods were not working out for my feet and I am left with insoles that I cannot wear. Don’t feel like he took me seriously. The digital scan is pretty cool, but it doesn’t take into account your gait And that I have a tilted hip and feet And ankles that are turned in. I am left, frustrated without usable, insoles, wasting time and money, and don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of trying to get this reconciled

  Great service, staff was awesome! Love the decorations! Especially the mushrooms! Doctor was thorough and knowledgeable to my needs! Highly recommend!

  I had my first appointment with Foot and Ankle Specialist because of a foot injury. I had a positive experience from the start. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were all very friendly and Dr Christine Tumele was exceptionally professional, she took the times to listened to my questions answered them and made me feel very comfortable with an experience I was a bit nervous about. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends in the future.
