This is the last time using Kroger pharmacy. They have made several mistakes since I've changed over. But this is a huge mistake. Went to pickup scripts there were three ready ok no problem I get the other one another day. I called to refill the fourth they say they physical scanned it so it's impossible that I don't have it! Well I definitely didn't get it so they may have scanned it, but didn't put it in the bag! So no script for a whole month due to there mistake! 😡 I'm more than pissed how can u mess up that bad!!

This pharmacy keeps going down hill. I get messages my meds are ready. Drive 25 minutes just for it to not be done. Shouldn't take days.

The service is terrible! They take forever to fill a prescription. They don't answer the phone. They're just awful.

We only use this pharmacy for our cats medicine because it's the only pharmacy that gets it around here and without it our cat has back to back seizures. The pharmacy knows this and us well because only one other patient requires this medication at the pharmacy so they know it's importance for epilepsy. Anyways today they said it may not be filled by tonight so my fiance let them know our cat will have seizures until she's dead without it and won't make it to morning. The technician Mike replied "well it's not getting filled any faster with me at this window." The pharmacist standing behind him shook his head and gave a thumbs up like don't listen to this guy. Crazy how the pharmacy had the power to help her seizures stop but decided to make her wait hours, even potentially wouldn't fill it until the following day. Thankfully our cat only had to endure one more seizure and they did fill it tonight and didn't make her try to last until morning. Hopefully there isn't anyone Mike cares about that requires medication and something similar happens. Medicine is extremely important and required to live for some. People like Mike that work in the pharmacy/healthcare in general are just the worst. Treat your patients with the respect they deserve or find another career path. Don't be a Mike.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I don't even know how many times I called them over a span of two weeks before finally getting to speak with a real person. My scripts were sent there by Hometown - that would not have been my choice to begin with, but that is beside the point. So, when I finally could talk to them, I told them I needed a refill on 4 prescriptions. I called first thing in the morning and was told they would not be ready until after 2:00 the next day. Mind you, I was completely out of my diabetes meds at this point. When I told the guy on the phone that, he said, "Well, we'll try to get that one ready today then. You can pick it up after 2:00." At 6 pm, I went to get my pills and still had to wait another 15 minutes while they got filled. At that time, the woman who waited on me said she was getting my other ones ready right then so I could pick them up the next day. The next day, I called to see if the other 3 were ready (since she supposedly filled them the night before). Nope. One was, but they were 'working on' the other two. Wait an hour, call again. Same thing. After 3 hours, I decided to talk to someone instead of just using the automated system. I was told they were 'working on them' and they would be ready in an hour. An hour later, they still aren't done. I call two more times and nothing. So, I say I want to talk to someone AGAIN. He tells me he is going to count them RIGHT NOW so I can come get them right away. An hour & a half later, I head over there. They still weren't filled! I had to stand there and wait for 20 minutes while they filled them. Zero customer service at that place. On a side note, their ridiculous WALK UP window is, well, RIDICULOUS! When people are sick or in pain, why the hell would they want to STAND outside forever waiting for their meds? They don't even have a bench to sit on. That was the first and last time I will get any prescriptions from there! Do yourself favor. Go ANYWHERE but Kroger for your prescriptions!
