    Not very reliable. They tell me scripts will be ready that day and when I go to pick them up the NEXT day, they say they don't have that particular medicine and it will be a couple of days. Also earlier this year they overfilled a script of 10 pills (gave me 20) and when I called them they said I needed to bring the extra back ( I didn't). Transferred my scripts to the Little Pharmacy in Milan.

    This pharmacy has gone downhill very quickly in the past two or three months. Horrible customer service. Refills and physician orders are not filled in a timely manner anymore. I will gladly drive the extra 12 miles to get my scripts in Ann Arbor now. Used to be a great local pharmacy. Just lost a long time customer, but I highly doubt they care.
