  I am grateful to those who work at the Kroger pharmacy located in the Milan Kroger store. I have had exceptional service there and appreciate their competence. Thank you Milan Kroger Pharmacy employees!

  If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year only because it’s the closest to me and I have to go to Kroger for food shopping anyways. Well let me just say this, this is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with in my life, and I’ve dealt with a lot. The people who work there are beyond unprofessional and unpleasant, the only one who is somewhat decent is the girl who looks like a teenager, and the flamboyant guy, everyone else there is a nightmare especially the older shorter lady. I’ve been wrongfully charged for meds just because they didn’t feel like running it through again, I even have a letter to prove she wrongfully charged me. Also the head pharmacist is NEVER on time, they always open a minimum of ten minutes late, they just do the bare minimum when it comes to everything. If there’s ever issues with a prescription, they are completely reluctant to help at all in getting it figured out, they tell you to go figure it out and let them know when you have it dealt with. Ive also been left days without important medication because they never have anything in stock even though they know what dates the meds are going to need to be filled but nobody thinks ahead to actually make sure they have it when it’s needed. I’ve also had multiple occasions when they have done “partial fills” where I was only given literally 3 pills which isn’t even enough for two days absolutely making it where I have no choice but to have to come back again the next day because I’m already out of the medication, rather than just telling me it won’t be ready until tomorrow so I don’t have to come back multiple times. I’ve just never experienced such an unpleasant place like this one with such awful people working there. Something seriously needs to be done because this is unacceptable and will all be reported as well. I’m not switching pharmacies to one that’s completely out of my way just so I don’t have to deal with the incompetence anymore.

  I've had two bad experiences with the Milan pharmacy: two prescriptions had a 2 day wait. I waited 2 days, and then at around 48 hours, one is marked out of stock on my online portal, but I did not get a text message and had to call them to switch pharmacies for that one. The transferred script was transferred to the Whittaker Road Korger in Ypsi, and it was filled in one hour. I also have one currently four days past due beyond the estimated fill date with no updates on the status listed. do not recommend.

  This pharmacy has gone downhill very quickly in the past two or three months. Horrible customer service. Refills and physician orders are not filled in a timely manner anymore. I will gladly drive the extra 12 miles to get my scripts in Ann Arbor now. Used to be a great local pharmacy. Just lost a long time customer, but I highly doubt they care.
