Jackson & Bigelow, MD-PC has provided high quality, personalized medical and surgical eye care to Midland, Gladwin and the surrounding area since 1990. Dr. Jackson and Bigelow are Board-Certified ophthalmologists experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, the aging eye, dry eyes, allergy symptoms, and many other eye problems. We offer no-shot/no-stitch/no-patch cataract surgery. We are Clinical Assistant Professors at MSU College of Human Medicine. We participate with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and most other medical insurance plans. We are happy to accept new patients. We have a full-service Optical Shop offering a wide variety of frames and the latest in high-quality eyeglass lens technologies.

After speaking to the billing manager and admitting I should have been informed when I give them my Blue Cross Blue Shield Card they did not accept my insurance with the plan I had, So I would not make another appointment with these disrespectful Eye Doctor’s and their disrespectful lying office manager! Vision Patients BEWARE of Lie’s told by the office and now I have submitted a complaint to the Fraud Department at Medicare FOR MANY ISSUES INCLUDING ITEMS BEING CHARGED I NEVER RECEIVED…
