From appointment making, walking through referral steps, through the procedure and setting follow up appointments.   Choosing Dr. Kramer for my midface reconstructive jaw surgery was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Going through such a major procedure was intimidating, but he made me feel informed, safe, and confident every step of the way. The surgery and recovery went smoothly, and years later my results are still amazing Looking back, I realize how big of a journey it was, and I feel proud and empowered knowing I had such an excellent surgeon guiding that process. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I’ve received at Summit throughout the years and still receive today. Dr. Kramer truly changed my life for the better, and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone considering jaw surgery.

  My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and while I liked the doctor, their billing practices are borderline fraudulent. I have messa medical insurance and I asked numerous times as to why my “good” insurance didn’t cover the cost? They told me it wasn’t covered and that my dental was “good” and it’s great that something was covered because some insurances don’t cover it at all. Low and behold 5 months later, I found out that my insurance does cover the cost. I only learned this because my coworker had to fight with them to get them to bill it correctly to messa insurance and he alerted me he received a refund. Then it took almost a month to get reimbursed. This makes me think of who else they have bamboozed with their deceitful billing practices? I would not recommend them if they tell you the insurance doesn’t cover it. Had I never checked and forced them to re-bill the surgery, then I would be out $1600. I reached out to them for the refund and they were supposed to call back in 24 hours. Of course they didn’t call me back in 24 hours. I was able to finally get the refund check though.

  Had very good experience, Dr. Scalfani is quick, and explains what's going on, my only complaint is how much they charge!!!!!!!!, I've had 3 or 4 teeth extracted now, I didn't appreciate consultation charge, especially for this last extraction
