  After going here for 4years they made an error and refuse to fix the problem. Terrible customer service.

  Assembly line cataract surgery. I went in expecting to see at a distance after surgery but ended up with close vision...due to a miscommunication!!?? The doctor was rude when I became extremely upset. My new glasses have the same prescription as before cataract surgery plus a stigmatism in one eye. Horrific experience.

  The staff guided me through the new patient process and insurance information. The doctor who did the exam was very thorough and took his time to explain what was going on and answer the questions I had. I didn't feel rushed through the process at all, like I have at other eye doctors. Very caring office!

  I can't say enough about Dr. Simone! Two days ago, I had my first cataract surgery. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive as I have a disease called myasthenia gravis. From the moment I entered the building, I was put at ease. The staff there is amazing, and do everything they can to make this as positive as possible. The surgery went well. However, this morning I was having pretty bad headaches. I called Dr Simone very early and he returned my call within minutes. He actually came into his office early just to check me out! I was so shocked at what a nice and kind man he is. I've never had such an experience where a Doctor cares that much. On my way out, I was presented with a coffee mug filled with candy. Great touch! Would never go anywhere else. He is truly the best!!! Thank you a million times Dr. Simone!
