- JBjeff beech5 days ago1.0I went in for my appointment to have my cap replaced since it fell off, that’s the whole reason I scheduled in the first place. Once I got there, they told me I actually needed a root canal and sent me somewhere completely different. So I left, went to the other office, and they took X-rays without telling me they were over $200 and not covered, even though I had already faxed my previous X-rays. They told me to come back the next day to get the cap placed, so I took more time off work and went in, only to be told they cancelled my appointment because I “didn’t confirm” a text. No call, no heads up, nothing. At this point, cancel everything. I won’t be returning. I’ll be going to a dentist who can handle the root canal and the crown in one place. The lack of communication and professionalism has been ridiculous.
