  Amazing staff, very healthful through stressful situation, they make patients feel like family and have a great sense of humor would defiantly recommend them to friends and family, they go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, they informed me about there new AI tech i did a trial and let’s just say GAME CHANGER!!!!!

  Lea Pionk is an amazing addition to the Ludington office. She has taught my husband and myself so much more about hearing aids and hearing loss. We are thrilled to have her knowledge and compassion in Ludington. Her " sidekick" Veronica is also a wonderful addition!! Good going Miracle Ear ..thanks for the improvement!!! John and Marsha Combs

  Had an appointment arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 25 to 30 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever so I left. Won't be back ever. Received phone call from the man who ignored us apologized but didn't seem genuine. Not a good way to run a business. I won't be doing any business with James. Would have left 0 stars if it was possible.
