One of them was working and the other one not so much. She did everything she could to get them both working even, turn down one was broken, in the end she did a great job. She made sure that I got a full hearing test, with all kinds of cool stuff that I had never had done before. So I feel she's very competent. You can definitely count on Andrea to do the right thing for the right reasons and take care of your hearing needs. Highly recommend! Thanks Andrea!
