  I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve been here now over 5 times and every experience has been smooth and professional. The team members performing the blood draws are experienced and comforting. The check in process is easy and no matter how busy I have always been seen in a reasonable time frame.

  I don't have really good luck at these places. I assumed that it would be the same as every other location. Everyone usually seems like they don't like their jobs, treat you like you are a criminal or lying, or just rude. I was pleasantly surprised! This was not the case here at this location. I always have problems giving a sample for pre-employment purposes. Christina and her coworkers made it a relaxing, professional experience. The waiting room is large and just the right temperature. It's quiet and clean. Christina walked me through everything and provided explanation as the the policy and the reason for certain things. She was very friendly and patient. There was no pressure; very relaxed atmosphere. She and her coworker definitely need a raise because "we listen and don't judge". Top notch care, keep up the great work!

  Had a great experience here today. I haven't had my blood drawn since I was a small child. Unfortunately my Dr. Office couldn't do it last week so I made an appointment online for today [that was the hardest part of this whole things since you also had to make a profile]. I dont recall her name, but she was super nice, quick and efficient. She was shocked I didnt have kids [lack of blood draws] and didnt press the issue which was a super plus! Might seem silly to others but its something I have had to deal with my whole life with pressure to having kids and it honestly make my day. I was in and out in less than 15min, this included a 5min wait in the lobby.
