  So I just have to say that I am extremely happy that I found this place, I had a frame that I had loved from Ray-Ban and everywhere I tried calling it was not available for ordering, when I called this place and asked about it first of all the Staff was extremely nice and took the time to listen to me. Gave me a call back within five minutes and said that the frame could be ordered, it was my only day off for the Week, I asked if I could come in right away and she said yes!! I was there in 15 minutes. They took care of my eye exam. (The doctor was amazing also by the way) and within an hour I was out of there with my new glasses ordered, I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in any optometrist. I will come back here without a doubt I will recommend them to all my family and friends, keep up the great work, ladies. I appreciate everything you did for me today! Best experience ever!! Made a new customer and patient for life! ❤️

  The eye doctor was great! Staff needs to schedule better, with more time between Staff seemed to want to rush me out of there and not spend any time with me.

  Very disappointed. I purchased expensive Silhouette glasses from Pearle Vision for their comfort and fit, as my previous pair had been excellent. When I picked up the new glasses, they were painfully uncomfortable. I was told this was normal and that I would “get used to them,” despite visible differences from my prior pair that I pointed out but felt were dismissed. The associate was reluctant to adjust them, though another eventually tried heating and bending the frames. The fit remained painful, leaving me without a solution. The prescription also seemed off, but I never could wear them long enough to confirm. I’ve been stuck using my old glasses to avoid further pain and frustration. Such a disappointment.
