- DBD BMay 22, 20251.0I've had issues with not receiving texts when my scripts are ready for a year now. I NEVER told anyone to stop the texts. I have called the number and texted another number as told multiple times over the past year to fix it and nothing happens. I've talked to the counter people at 2 Krogers pharmacy locations and they do nothing but tell me to call/text some more. Picked up my scripts at 8 Mile today, asked Sweta(sp?) for help and she told me to call/text more and would not listen when I explained that I've been dancing that dance for a year with no results and just need help with it. She wasn't listening when I asked if someone there could just attempt to fix it given it's been A YEAR and nothing they've had me do works. She rudely kept asking "did I do it?!" weirdly and rudely, like she was trying to intimidate me or shame me. She rattled me and I left on the verge of tears at her blatant rudeness and lack of empathy; I just need help with this issue and no one at Krogers cares.

There were 6 people within earshot of my transaction and within 6 ft of my person. Not only is it illegal to listen in on medical information, they are having a super spreader event to give out vaccines. When I complained they said that they were aware and could do nothing to change it. Taking our business elsewhere. Called the attorney General
