  I worked for this company a couple of months ago been in this business for 25 years I love elders and love the client I was taking care of . I even had a husband in the house that I wasn’t even being paid for . Everyday I cooked the wife breakfast cleaned the house took both of them walking . Took the mother to belle isle I was doing everything even went to the wife party bought her a gift . I even got pictures . The son will cry to me saying how he loved me I even got all the text messages. Just to come back after the weekend to tell me I was fired for what . The job wouldn’t even tell me why . And the sad part this is a black owned company. They told me that I had to hurry up get away from the house . Ok in my thought I was worried about her like what happened. Then they said I had to come into the office . Well that same day my mother had to be seen by the cancer doctor and because I worked I told her I couldn’t make it but once they told me I was fired . I said well momma here I come and I didn’t go to the job until that Friday with my mom . But when I walked in Tonee said your fired for not coming in . Didn’t wanna tell me why and treated me like I was on trial . Now remind you I busted my butt for this caucasion family . And to think I went to work instead of being there for my mom . But because they fired me I was able to focus on my mother . Sad part is they took what they heard and ran with it . They didn’t say well let’s talk they didn’t treat me like a employee they treated me like a criminal! Who been proven guilty without facts . This job only pays $15 for all the work I did for that family . Is Diabolical have. Blessed day . Just know they may got rid of me but God seen favor in me . Pushed me to start my own business

  We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for about 6 months now for my father. Their kind and professional care has allowed him to stay in his own home. It has also provided my sister and I peace of mind knowing that he's well taken care of when we can't be there. It took awhile to find the right team of people to care for him, but HI worked very hard to make sure he had the right fit. One of the benefits of using an agency is that if someone can't make it, they find coverage right away. This has been very reassuring and helpful to us. The office staff is very responsive and friendly whenever we have contacted them. They have also contacted us when their staff noticed a change in his condition. Overall, we have been very happy with our experience with Home Instead!
