- AEAutumn EndicottMar 15, 20241.0Had my sons doctor office send his prescription to this pharmacy because our regular pharmacy was out of stock. I called and had it switched to this pharmacy at 9am. Called them at 1pm to see the status of the prescription. The woman who answered didnt give me a name, but she was not very friendly. She took all my information then said “first of all you called too soon and secondly I would have to order it”. Obviously that led me to ask if they were also out of stock and she then replied “yup”. This is the 3rd time this pharmacy has done this to me. Meijers stays on top of their game and makes sure as soon as they get the script they send a text out letting you know if they are out of stock so you can plan accordingly (I am also signed up with kroger for texting but never get anything from them when I do use them to fill things so I always call). So, 4 hours of waiting just to be told they dont even have the medicine and be treated rudely in the midst will 100% be why I wont come back to this pharmacy again. Good luck Kroger.
