  Every time we fill a prescription there is always a problem. The last year has been atrocious. We won’t be returning. This pharmacy is a complete joke. From the techs to the pharmacists.

  My normal pharmacy was out of my medication, and I desperately needed a refill. The pharmacy was able to fill it same day with in an hour. They were very helpful and accommodating.

  Place is extremely lazy and slow waiting and waiting in sever pain but still waiting try Walgreens there fast!!!

  these people are literally angels omg. i was having issues with my medication from my pharmacy in detroit, but these guys walked me thru what i can do to get a last minute script and such. they even called several krogers within like a 50 mile radius to see if they had my specific meds. i literally was having so many issues with my medicine today and they were always so patient and helpful. always have had good experiences here and today was above and beyond. shout out cheryl and whoever the male pharmacist was today!! they are the reason i got my mess figured out!

  Dropped off a prescription and was told it’d be ready in an hour. An hour and a half later, I called to check on the status. The man on the phone told me it’d be ready tomorrow. I told him that the tech I spoke with earlier said an hour. He said “that was a mistake.” I asked if he could tell me what time frame it would be ready by tomorrow. He said they had “other customers waiting there in person, and their prescriptions are filled first. If I come back in, then it might get done tonight. Otherwise, tomorrow would be best.” I explained that I DID come in person earlier, and was told I could expect it today. He said “I’m not arguing with you” and hung up. I called right back and asked for his name and he literally said “I’m not playing this game with you” and hung up again. I went back inside the pharmacy about 10 minutes later, since apparently their logic is you have to be inside and visibly awaiting your prescription in order to get it filled the same day. Despite the fact that there is still a pandemic going on. I was the only person waiting inside and there were no cars in the drive-thru. I was helped by someone else, and walked out with my prescription in 5 minutes. Inconvenience aside, I don’t understand how that person (still don’t know his name) gets away with that type of behavior. I recognize that the pandemic is extremely stressful, especially for those in the healthcare field, but that is never an excuse to be blatantly rude. In summary, considering going to Meijer.
