  I had an excellent experience in store today. My daughter and I were just browsing around looking for frame options. Nova and Olivia were delights to work with and we will definitely shop here again for future glasses purchases.

  This location was absolutely amazing! Making an appointment was easy and the eye exam was quick and efficient the doctor is super sweet aswell!! Nova helped me pick out my glasses afterwards and decide on the best pair for me! I will definitely be back and I'm excited to get my glasses in the mail! Highly recommend going there and interacting with these wonderful people!

  I've been into this location a couple times now! The last time I was there, Olivia did an amazing job in explaining the pricing options, their deals, and how my insurance would work with them. My insurance doesn't work with them directly at this time, so she went as far as filling out the entire reimbursement form for my insurance, including the receipt, and putting it in an addressed envelope for me. All I had to do was throw a stamp on it and put it in the mail. This time, I went in with my partner as he was needing new glasses, and I found sunglasses for myself. They already had my prescription on file, and all I had to do was basically swipe my FSA card. I mentioned to them that I found a pair of glasses that I thought I might like even more than one of the pairs that I picked out the last time, and that I wasn't as excited about them when I got them as my second pair, and they actually told me that I still had the option to exchange them if I brought them back in today. I was so excited! I brought them back in and Nova helped me make a quick and easy exchange for the pair I liked better. It seriously took like 10 minutes. The associates here are so helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses!

  Would definitely shop here again!!! The sales associate was super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while helping my daughter shop for her first pair of glasses.

  I was in need of women's frames only. I have a hard to fit profile and a rather unique prescription so I am very thoughtful about buying frames. After researching online, I made a list of frames that I thought would suit. The staff at my local store were super helpful, patient, forthcoming and fun. They actively sought frames that matched my list without being prompted to ensure that I was able to try on a wide variety. I found exactly what I was looking for with their expert help.
