I bought a wheelchair from these guys a little over a year ago. If I could, I would give them less than one star rating. Their customer service is absolutely not good. In my 31 years In The wheelchair this was the strangest experience I ever had. If you need a wheelchair check around.

Grossly unprofessional and poorly managed location. Does anyone in this office know how to use a phone or return a voice mail? I've had similar situations with ordering to the other gentleman with a review on here about a mishandled order and someone else mentioned they never answer the phone so apparently it's just their business culture. Looks like it's been happening for a long time too.

Placed an order pry 4 months ago, got a custom quickie q7 with none of the correct options i asked/paid for . The technician david morasso knew how to use a tape measure but thats about it. Im a t7 complete paraplegic and the backrest i was provided came up way below my break ...i couldnt even feel a backrest behind me, not to mention during the assessment for new chair i said i liked higher backrests. Moving on i wanted the footrest tight fitting, i recieved no frame inset and feet have several inches of play therfor my legs fall out extremely easy. Lastly i ordered carbon fiber sideguards and recieved plastics. Got a chair i didnt order delivered oct. 2nd . Told david the technician about the troubles that night and early next day ..he played it out to be my fault and then had to jump thru "hoops" to get me the correct chair i initially paid for in full "4 thousand dollars cash" no insurance bulls***! Its now December 26th. AND still NOTHING !! So i call southwest medical to place a new order for a fitting backrest. There reps were able to give me more information in 5 minutes than national seating could in 3 months . Ive repeatedly called my tech and customer service thru national seating, to either be ignored or mislead. They must think i can just put this "custom chair" in the closet and go freeriding when i please for extra arm exercises 🤣 yea ppl i paid 4k for a fancy piece of workout equipment that in return puts so much pressure on my spine below my point of break i almost checked into the E.R.
Anyone have any good civil attorneys they reccomend?? I dont know anything about suing ppl but hey thats what googles for. Hope to see yall in court 👍 and i hope no one else ever gets treated this way.
