Extremely helpful kind and works with insurance to get me the best deal! Dawn was there to help every step of the way. She listened to my wants and concerns and was not pushy! Tamara is also great in answering questions and very informative. I definitely will be getting my exams and eyeglasses here from now on! I highly recommend others to do so as well.

This is not a bot review I genuinely loved my experience at this LensCrafters. David and Amber were immensely helpful in finding frames and lenses that fit for my high prescription. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and if you’re looking for glasses, look no further.

I had a really good experience today. I get anxious when something feels off with my eyesight, and Dr Tamara Shriner did an amazing job calming me down. She took her time, explained what she was seeing, and made sure I understood everything. Her patience and reassurance made a huge difference. Lens Crafts is lucky to have such a great person working for them.

Took my mother here for an eye exam — terrible experience. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of us. Once they realized we were only there for the exam and prescription, not to buy their expensive glasses, we were treated unfairly. They wouldn’t even provide my mother’s PD (pupillary distance). We had to go across the street to Clarkson Eye Care, where they gave it to her free of charge. We will not be coming back here. Nothing but disrespectful staff and pushy upsellers. The optometrist was respectful, but none of the three receptionists were.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
