Once they realized we were only there for the exam and prescription, not to buy their expensive glasses, we were treated unfairly. They wouldn’t even provide my mother’s PD (pupillary distance). We had to go across the street to Clarkson Eye Care, where they gave it to her free of charge. We will not be coming back here. Nothing but disrespectful staff and pushy upsellers. The optometrist was respectful, but none of the three receptionists were.
