There seems to be a discrepancy between when their automated system tells you a prescription is ready and when it's actually ready. I also experienced a significant delay in getting my requests filled and ended up having to just have my medications transferred to a different pharmacy to avoid running out of medication. I tried to resolve this by phone, but when they "answered," they'd just put me on hold and never picked up. They didn't even acknowledge me when they picked up, just immediately put me on hold without saying anything. When they did transfer my medications to the new pharmacy, they had all the doctors and the number of refills completely mixed up.
