  I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Freeman. I went in today after not seeing a dentist in 20 years or more. He made me feel comfortable, didn’t judge at all, and worked absolute wonders. He explained every step of the process. Got in and out in a timely fashion and it was more than affordable. I feel like a brand new person with more confidence than I’ve felt in a long time. I’m not self conscious about smiling any more. Life changer here. The dentist isn’t fun, but Dr. Freeman makes it a great experience.

  I was given medical advice from the hygienist during my cleaning. She also commented on my medication and made a comment about depression being caused by not "achieving". As a parting gift, I was handed a pen by the dentist to "celebrate (dentist's obvious political pick's) victory". I don't feel the need to know my dentist's political affiliation during a routine checkup and my medical advice will come from my PCP. I will not be rescheduling. I also had to wait for the dentist to arrive at 10 and was told that appointments are typically an hour. If I arrived at 9 and the dentist comes in at 10 to see me, that is more than an hour. I was late to work...how "underachieving" of me.

  Showed up 15 minutes early, waited close to an hour only to find out they double booked. Would've been nice to know before hand. My husband left work early so I could make my appointment. Then the dentist has the audacity to say that's the price we pay if they both show up. Didn't even apologize, just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Completely ridiculous.
