  You guys did me and my friends teeth and left a hole in both of us after putting fillings and told me you were going to help get my teeth “healthy” again but I never realized the hole you left and been getting a infection. Thanks and put her on oxygen because you kept giving her numbing cream and waiting untill it wore off u till she couldn’t breathe and needed to be put in oxygen . And on top of that I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile but you guys for rude and because I cry you told me because of other patients to hold it in and I said I’d try so you guys made me wait like 40 minutes after my appointment to come back and finish me up I top of the other appointment I came too both appointments you kept starting me and going to everybody else and coming back to finish but leaving me making it feel like every inconvenience or discomfort made you guys stop and work on somebody else

  I came into this dental office and somehow ended up being trapped in what I can only describe as a live-action nightmare version of Survivor: Dentistry Edition. The office was behind on schedule (shocking, I know), and instead of doing the bare minimum and taking responsibility, the dentist blamed everyone, staff, patients, the universe, probably the concept of time itself. Accountability? Never heard of her. This is advertised as a faith-based office, which is hilarious because the only things I felt were tension, judgment, and the creeping dread of being personally responsible for every delay in the building. Kindness, patience, empathy, or any shred of human decency were conspicuously absent. The vibe was so hostile, I considered bringing a stress ball just to survive the day. I’ve had warmer interactions with homeless people. And let’s talk about the staff or, more accurately, the revolving door of temp hygienists and assistants. No one sticks around, and now I understand why: the dentist treats them like disposable props in her one-woman blame-shifting theater. At this point, it’s not turnover; it’s a warning sign flashing neon letters: Run while you still have teeth. Every interaction felt like walking on a minefield. You could be blamed for literally existing, for breathing too loud, for catching her eye at the wrong moment. It’s a high-stakes guessing game where the rules are made up and the points don’t matter. I left with a racing heart, and a newfound appreciation for every dentist who treats humans like humans. If you enjoy being shamed for things you didn’t do, witnessing a masterclass in deflection, and leaving emotionally traumatized, congratulations you’ve found your dream office. If you value sanity, kindness, or just basic human decency, save yourself. Walk. Run. Teleport. Do whatever you have to do to avoid this place.

  Had to get a new last minute crown and the turnaround on getting the crown back was very quick. Very good service with a lot of care from all the staff!
