- JSJulie SDec 30, 20251.0I’ve been a patient at this Pearle Vision location for years, so this was disappointing to experience. I arrived six minutes late to my appointment due to traffic caused by a car accident (and called to let them know I was stuck behind an accident). I completely understand that businesses need to keep to their schedules, but being turned away after such a short delay felt a bit unsympathetic, especially after driving across town, arranging childcare, and taking time off work. It also gave the impression that there may be some disorganization in how appointments are managed. Today ended up being a wake-up call for me to find a new eye doctor. Over time, I’ve also occasionally felt that staff weren’t fully familiar with the products, which I recognize can happen with frequent staff turnover. I’m sharing this respectfully after many years of care here, in the hope that the feedback is helpful.
