  OMG, what a bunch of incompetent people that work in that department. A referral was faxed not once but twice still could not find it. I called for my dad to schedule an appointment for him who is an older gentleman and doesn’t speak the language well they gave me the runaround just to schedule an appointment for the guy. I didn’t ask. I need medical information and I didn’t want any information more than just to schedule an appointment, but they insisted that it’s their policy so I end up sending them a power of attorney document and I still wasn’t able to schedule that so I am taking my business to To gorgeous because I am done wasting my breath on people who are so incompetent in their work/job that they can’t even schedule an appointment. What a shame.

  All of the one star reviews reflect my experience completely! Go elsewhere, which unfortunately is out of town since there are no other uro practices here. Maybe that accounts in part for their behavior.

  I have been absolutely suffering it takes 3-4 months just to see a doctor I am already established with I need surgery and they won't even see me until the only time I could have the surgery I might as well just die

  My husband has a large mass on his kidney and we have been trying to get in with this office on a referral for over 20 days. They don’t call you back and when you call they don’t know what’s going on. This office is terrible. We got better care when we were in the Florida Keys.

  Never answer the phone. I've tried calling x4 times. Every time I end up hanging up after 10 minutes.
