Worst Bronson clinic that I have been to! Bowman was cocky, didn't take time to go over my chart, asked me what was wrong then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. He did not listen to me and talked down about other doctors, stating he was much better and smarter than them. What an unprofessional joke!

My big toe took a real bad banging I was for sure I broke it. It bruised right away it just looked awful. I called Bronson triage nurse she said yeah I should get it looked at and to call this place they have a same day clinic. I called and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone was super nice even the receptionists. The bathrooms were clean as well as the waiting rooms. There was adequate parking. You see a physical therapist first to asses you then you get x rays done then you see the doctor. The physical therapist was super friendly and he even explained some of the anatomy of the foot which I thought was cool. The doctor came in and gave me the good news it wasn't fractured or broke! I just needed to keep it easy for awhile and they taught me how to wrap my foot with tape to help give more support. I had a really good experience here and I know if you come here you will to everything took about just one hour.

I had an ambulatory referral to Sports Medicine/Ortho after injuring myself on a concrete sidewalk and couldn’t bear much weight or bend at all. My initial check in and experience with the check in staff and nurse went excellent, they explained everything and were very nice to talk to. Dr Highhouse came in and at first was fine, asked me what was happening. I let him know that I am not able to bend my knee at all. He felt around my leg for 30 seconds and then said we are going to refer you to pt and get you out of here. I was still trying to ask questions about my injury and treatment however Dr Highhouse was apparently more focused on leaving the room in a hurry. When the nurse returned, I instantly let her know what occurred and that I wanted another doctor please because I have never felt so blown off in my life and I feel he didn’t even assess my leg whatsoever. She asked if I wanted Dr Highhouse to come back but I told her no thank you, I just couldn’t believe he did that. The nurse is also the one that said we should get an ultrasound as there might be a blood clot due to my symptoms that I filled out on my check in. Notice, Dr Highhouse wanted to just send me right home as I guess he didn’t check those before. I have been to so many Bronson facilities and have friends that work for Bronson and would never want anyone to receive the care that I just got from that particular doctor. I scheduled my follow up with a different doctor. I feel honestly so bad for anyone that was treated this way and didn’t feel confident enough to say anything. Check in staff and nurses get a 5 star rating and even apologized for his behavior which is honestly what he should have done. Dr Highhouse…straight up -1 Save yourself the trouble.

I went in to see Dr. Grant Bowman because I have been having knee pain since May. I have done PT, still actively doing Pt, they ordered. Nothing has helped with the pain. Let's see what another surgeon says. After introducing himself, he says, I don't know why you are here. Your scans all look great! So, why am I still having pain in my knee. You need to lose weight. Mind you I have lost 25 pounds when this all started. He didn't even examine my knee. He basically walked in with his mind made up that I need to lose weight and the scans show everything looking good. Back to, then why am I still in pain? Would not recommend him as a surgeon!
