  We know that when you schedule an appointment, it depends on how busy they are at the time. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and so was the medical assistant. The Doctor was professional, kind and empathetic. Please give these servants grace, even if you don’t feel well, they’re here to help all of us!

  Went to see someone about chronic neck pain from an old injury. Was told they "don't handle injuries" and given a sheet of paper and told to go somewhere in Battle Creek instead. What kind of doctor's office "doesn't handle injuries"??

  They're NOT on West Main anymore. It's a freaking car sales lot now, SMH.. You'd think a corporation as big as they are would update their info online (and on their phone lines) for people, but I guess they have better & more important things to do than stear sick/injured patients in the right direction... If they're not going to do something so simple, what else are they not going to do?? Guess I'll find somewhere else to give my hard earned money to!

  I went in this morning due to my ear being blocked with wax and having bad pressure and pain. From the start, the assistant/receptionist Morgan (I think that was her name) was a complete angel. I was throwing up prior to walking in and very distraught and she was extremely patient and kind with me. The doctor was very kind and patient with me as well. Morgan flushed out my ear and did an amazing job and made me feel extremely comfortable. I try to never go to doctors but this team was genuinely so patient and kind. I was seen instantly as well. Thank you guys again!!!!
