  I'm a nurse and I have decades of care experience and a PhD. This interaction was the lowest level of uncaring and non-empathy that I've experienced in a very very long time. I had a kidney infection and extreme pain, and Bronson (right next door) urine labs to prove it. Not ER- level necessity. I just needed antibiotics and it was 730 at night. The SECRETARY looked at my labs and said, our providers won't see you because blah blah blah. Never asked a provider. But, hey, they get off in a half hour so they couldn't be bothered with helping me. The women at the lab were lovely and kind and professional, but these three women that were laughing heartily couldn't be bothered to help someone in need so close to closing time. Zero stars. Don't go here. Maybe the providers will see this and have a chat with their front desk team about diagnosing people without proper licensing.

  The doctors were amazing — super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush me at all. I felt listened to and taken seriously, which means a lot. But the nurses? Absolute angels. They were so kind, patient, and just genuinely caring. They checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like a person, not just a chart. They really made the whole experience so much better. So grateful for this team.

  My son's got a little dizzy from his fever. All of a sudden they smiled as they referred us to the ER. No help here.

  Spent 10 mins there and they fixed what 2 Dr's offices ignored over past 3 yrs!!!!
