  Elizabeth Everett, NP has great bedside manner. She was so friendly and engaged appropriately with my 3-year-old. She explains things in easy-to-understand language and confirms everything with you, the parent. It's obvious she truly cares for her patients.

  Showed up 10 minutes late because the GPS took me to the wrong building, then the help desk didn't know where it was. So I called and they guided me there only to tell me they couldn't see me because I'm late.

  Great staff from the MAs to Admin to the Providers themselves. Highly recommend this office! I always get an appointment soon as possible when I need it for an acute issue and they are great with following up and addressing messages. Thank you Kzoo Bronson ENT staff!

  Good luck trying to actually get into your appointment! They have rescheduled me two times already!!!! A few of them are last minute changes. One the day of appt (Yet we would be charged $ for a change like this) My son two times as well! (Different doctors) and each time they claim it's for an emergency surgery! Seriously?? How unprofessional.
