Staff is amazing. Unfortunately, the waiting room is absolutely horrendous and overwhelming. Outrageous wait times.. pretty crazy to wait 3 hours to be seen when you have a medical emergency and they knew you were coming, they need to prioritize better!

Dr. Mark Kerschner is absolutely awful. Went in about a year ago and requested no male doctors. They only had a male doctor available, which is understandable. I requested that he not touch me. Without asking or warning me he pulled down my gown exposing my breast to check to see if I had “seatbelt marks”. I am to this day still navigating the way this experience impacted me. He was dismissive, demeaning, and over all a terrible doctor. Will not be returning until he is gone.
Wife and I have been waiting for over 2 hours after she symptoms of a stroke which are getting slightly worse as time goes on. It's packed in here. Even mothers with crying babies waiting hours to be seen. Some people have given up and just left. You'd think the amount the American people pay for Healthcare that it would be taken more seriously than this.

These people are turtles. They have absolutely no speed to anything they do. I just broke my clavicle and I've been sitting in the waiting room for over 1½ hours. I'm in extreme pain and I haven't even been acknowledged since I was put here. If my bone wasn't snapped in half, I would just walk out because I am not a priority here. A woman just walked in 20 minutes ago and was pulled back before me. It's ludicrous that a woman with a bruised hip is more important than a broken clavicle.

I transported an elderly lady today for an appointment. We thought we set aside plenty of time however approaching the patking ramp, we became part of a nightmare. There were cars coming from another street as well. When it was possible I left the area and attempted to go into the lot across the street. That lot was full also!!! I went back to the ramp, was able to get in, dropped her off and processed to find a place on the 4th level. Thankfully she was able to go to the 4th floor and register for appt. I share this experience as not every elderly person would have been able to manage using the elevator for a scheduled appt.
